Wedding Inspiration: Unique Floral Additions

Let's talk about my favorite wedding topic ever: flowers! As you've probably figured out by now, I'm all about doing things the non-traditional way. So that's exactly why I love seeing bouquets and floral arrangements with unexpected additions. We've added some really fun things to our brides' bouquets and floral arrangements in the past (fox tails! deer antlers!)... Fun, unique additions always add such a gorgeous, personal touch! Some ideas I really love: fruit. wheat. cotton. brooches. family heirlooms. pine cones. enormous, awesome flowers. Here are some ideas that are especially swoon-worthy!

Style Me Pretty; Brides. Is that an artichoke?! Yup. It's sort of like a big, beautiful succulent. And why not use a pineapple as a "vase" for floral arrangements at your reception?

Rock N Roll Bride; Bridal Musings. Brooches and photos of loved ones who can't be there on your wedding day... neither of these ideas are new, but they're both a sweet, unique way to add a special family heirloom to your bouquet.
