It's time for another recap of some of our most amazing weddings of the 2015 season! We cannot believe this season is over! And we can't believe that 2016 starts next week! We're thrilled to see what the 2016 has in store for our couples and our team. We're already planning tons of gorgeous weddings with our upcoming brides, and we can't wait for y'all to see them beginning in the spring! It's going to be a good year for The Barn.
If you missed part one of the 2015 recap, check it out here. You can't miss those weddings! They were incredible. And here are five more that were just spectacular.
Mackenzie + Tyler
Mackenzie + Tyler's elegant spring wedding had the most gorgeous color palette of lilac, white and gold, with lots of greenery and glittery details. We see lots of pink + gold weddings, so this lilac + gold one was extra special! And who knew that green garlands + gold sparkles are such a stunning combination?! My favorite details from this wedding: lilac bridesmaids' dresses, those amazing bouquets (LOVE!!!), the simply stunning altar, and all the gold, glittery details at the reception. Swoon, swoon, swoon!
Kelsey + Gueorgui
Kelsey + Gueorgui's woodland-chic, forest-inspired wedding was one of our most unique of the year. Because I got to see this wedding come together from start to finish, I loved it even more! (You can read my first recap of their wedding here.) Their bouquets and floral arrangements consisted mostly of greenery, with a few flowers in muted colors. Their decor included moss, vintage books, lace, chocolate linens, and so many other neutral details. This wedding was simple, but so, so gorgeous. Gueorgui is from Bulgaria, so they incorporated several Bulgarian traditions into their wedding day, which made it even more special! There were about a million details at this wedding that you need to see!
Breanna + Bryan
Breanna + Bryan's wedding broke all kinds of traditions and was relaxed, romantic and casual. The bride was barefoot, they didn't have a wedding party, there was no strict wedding day timeline... It was sweet and full of love and everything a wedding should be! Their details were also stunning. They chose a "neutral and natural" theme, as the bride called it, and their details were bohemian, rustic and garden-inspired. They had a fabulous boho altar and the prettiest drinks we've ever seen! They also had fireworks. Amazing. Check out all the details in their blog post!
Sujey + Jeffrey
When Sujey + Jeffrey eloped at The Barn this past spring, they told us they loved the Pixar movie Up and lots of bright, fun colors... and we sorta ran with it. It was whimsical, sweet, unique and totally awesome. The biggest, most amazing detail of their day was obviously the fun balloon altar, and they also had pretty, colorful florals, balloons galore, and the cutest naked cakes of all time. This was probably our most fun, colorful, whimsical wedding to date!
Cassie + Kyle
Here's a little story about Cassie + Kyle's intimate wedding: the night before, a bad storm came through and wreaked havoc on The Barn. It was tricky, but our team pulled off a sweet pink and gold wedding inside The Barn, and Shingleur Photography managed not to capture any of the messy stuff! I'm a sucker for weddings that take place inside The Barn, and this one was extra pretty, with sweet pink and glittery gold details and feminine pink florals.
Doesn't this make you extra excited to see all the amazing weddings our team will put together in 2016? I absolutely can't wait!
