10 Barn Weddings: Warm Summer Weddings!

The end of February seems like a weird time to talk about summer weddings, right? Well, let me tell you... it has been bitterly cold and icy in our area this week, and I'm currently needing lots of reminders that warmer days are ahead! I seriously feel like I'm going to freeze before spring rolls around, but these photos from some of our warm weather weddings are curing my winter blues. :)

Here are 10 gorgeous summertime weddings at The Barn!

Bayley + Lucas were the first couple to get married at The Barn, way back in June 2012! Their flowers, by A Southern Tradition, were stunning. Their altar was gorgeous, and I'm still swooning over Bayley's dress! We have come a long way since this wedding. We didn't have a floral designer back then, or the gold chairs you've seen at all of our weddings since then. But this wedding was stunning, and it's still one of my favorites! You can see their engagements, Bayley's bridals and more of their wedding photos here

Nothing says summer quite like a red, white and blue wedding. Tang + DJ's wedding was full of baby's breath and had the loveliest red and white petal aisle (with buckets full of baby's breath, too!). This couple also had a unity paint ceremony and a root beer float bar! Perfection. See more of their wedding here

Chelsea + Logan's sweet summer wedding had a fun red and yellow color scheme! Their flowers and details were stunning, and we even hid a bunch of Mickey Mouses around The Barn, since these precious folks were headed to Disney World for their honeymoon. Plus, I'm not sure I've ever seen cuter flower girls! Check out more of this wedding here

I just really love Ally + Tyler's light blue, pink, ivory and gray wedding. Their color scheme was so pretty, their flowers were gorgeous, and The Barn looks incredible in blue! Their aisle was lined with pictures of the two of them, and they were married in front of a mantel that was also decorated with pictures.

Lyndsey + Brad's wedding was fun and romantic, with a coral and navy color scheme. There was navy chevron everywhere at this wedding, including on the guys' bow ties and even on the popcorn bar and behind the cake! A few of my favorite details from this wedding: the pink bow napkins, lace table runners and the bridesmaids' shoes. Seriously, they were awesome.

I just shared all the details of Megan + Jonathan's pretty wedding with you yesterday, but it's too pretty for me to shut up about it. ;) No really... every single detail at this wedding was pink perfection. The lace altar! The ceremony and reception florals and decorations! Megan's beautiful brooch bouquet! Their sweet puppy Megpie! I just love this wedding. You can see more of it here

Samantha + Danny's woodland, bohemian chic wedding was pure magic. Their florals are some of my absolute favorites, and their details (lace, skulls, antlers, flower crowns!) were stunning. Their altar was completely fabulous, and their aisle was just breathtaking. They also had a trail mix bar, a mint signature cocktail to match their color scheme, and the bride was barefoot. Seriously cool. Check out more of this wedding here

Anita + Wesley's elegant turquoise and coral wedding was soooo stunning. Everyone's still talking about their altar and gorgeous ceremony decor. Other fabulous details: Anita's white rose and brooch bouquet, stunning white petal aisle, the coolest groom's cake ever, and pretty white, coral and turquoise reception details. Ashley + Justin's pink rustic chic wedding with vintage details was just so. darn. pretty. There were so many fun, fabulous details at this wedding, including a custom-built pallet wall, hay bale couches, a mason jar drink display, and one of my favorite bridal bouquets. Plus, their cake was super cool! See more of this wedding here

Ashley + Derrick's colorful wedding was insanely awesome! Their bouquets and floral arrangements were over-the-top fabulous. The bridesmaids' peony bouquets were stunning, too! Other details I loved from this wedding: honey favors for their guests, vintage postcards instead of a guestbook, colorful cakes, and the prettiest colors on their reception tables.

I hope you're feeling a little thawed out after seeing these beautiful summer weddings! Have a great weekend, and stay warm!!!

xoxo,
Kelsi
