Did y'all know the official start of spring is only 2 days away?! I couldn't be happier. This winter seemed to last forever, and I'm so excited for blooming flowers and lush greenery and warmer weather and flip flops and hiking and, of course, spring weddings.
Nothing says spring quite like yellow, which makes springtime the best for yellow weddings! We've had several yellow weddings at The Barn, throughout the spring and summer, and they're always stunning! Yellow is probably the cheeriest color ever, so yellow weddings are always extra happy and awesome!
Here are ten pretty yellow weddings at The Barn!
Everything about Sasha + Nathan's spring wedding was simply beautiful. Their decor was simple, but so dreamy and perfect. Just look at their altar! Sasha wore a boho-chic yellow flower crown and had the loveliest yellow flowers throughout her ceremony and reception decor. Plus, you've got to see their exit from The Barn!
Lisa + Michael's wedding had a color palette that I think is so underrated - yellow and gray! These colors are perfect together, and when you add succulents into the mix, well... it's almost too much goodness for me to handle! Things you've got to check out in this couple's album: The Barn in spring (pretty blooms everywhere!) and the most amazing yellow bouquets.
Another color combination that always looks incredible? Yellow and navy. Sarah + Drake's wedding was full of navy chevron details that popped perfectly with her yellow flowers. (Even their popcorn bar and Sarah's shoes were navy chevron!) These two were married inside The Barn, because of rain, but it looks so romantic! I love inside-The-Barn weddings. :)
Cedrah + Lee's wedding was so full of color! Their wedding photos just make me happy! They had the most stunning burlap altar and color block florals at their reception (ahh-mazing!). Their bouquets were full of yellow, the bridesmaids' dresses were the prettiest color, and Cedrah wore flowers in her hair! Love!
Courtney + Chad's green and yellow wedding was full of color, country-chic details, and lots and lots of yellow tulips. They even had yellow tulips hanging from the chandeliers, which you can see in the photo above! This wedding looks like it was super fun, and they have a bonus wedding album on our Facebook page. You can read their wedding blog post here.
Nothing says summer like a red and yellow wedding! Chelsea + Logan's wedding is another one of those that just puts a smile on my face. Their colors were so fun, and their flowers and other details were so pretty. My favorite details from their day: their reception tables, the cutest flower girls and hidden Mickey Mouses. You can read their blog post here.
Molly + Chris's vintage-inspired wedding colors were ivory, white and burlap, with yellow and gray accents. The groom and groomsmen wore yellow bowties (love!) and they had the cutest yellow wish wands for their guests to wave as they exited The Barn. They had tons of baby's breath and pearls at their reception, and it was gorgeous! You can read their blog post here.
Jennifer + Justin's wedding had lots of yellow, with touches of green and orange. Jennifer's bouquet is seriously blowing my mind. I love a bouquet with texture! Their floral arrangements were all so pretty. Other highlights from this wedding: pretty yellow bridesmaids' dresses (and boots!) and a colorful candy buffet.
Gail + Brian's bohemian-chic wedding included pretty much every color imaginable, including yellow! Their bouquets and floral arrangements incorporated lots of color and texture (succulents! lotus pods! billy balls!). They had some pretty crazy, incredible details, like this ribbon streamer altar, glittered feathers and these insanely awesome reception tables.
Amanda + Tyler's wedding was also very colorful, with lots of red and yellow details. How cute are their rustic-chic reception tables? And those quilts! Swoooon. Other details I love from this wedding: a baby's breath + burlap altar, a super fun bridal party and colorful bridesmaids' dresses, and s'mores!
Don't y'all love yellow for weddings?! It's hard not to smile looking through these colorful weddings. :) Y'all have a great weekend!
