10 Barn Weddings: Fall!

It's finally fall, and we couldn't be happier about it! Fall is always a busy season for us at The Barn, and it's no wonder. Every season in Arkansas is beautiful in its own way, but fall is maybe the best of all. The gorgeous backdrop of the land around The Barn, plus the most stunning wedding florals and decor... there really is something magical about fall weddings at The Barn! Whether our couples choose traditional fall color palettes or pastels, every wedding we have in the fall turns out amazing. Here are 10 of my faves!

Ashton + Mickey's wedding is proof that you can totally use pastels during the fall! (It's also proof that even rainy, dreary days are perfect for weddings at The Barn.) Adding gold instantly makes a pastel color scheme more appropriate for fall. They had so many rustic-chic details, like these wooden crates down their aisle and lots of burlap details at their reception. My personal favorite detail from this wedding: those chicken wire cloches! Other pretty details from this wedding that can't be missed: the sweetheart table backdrop, their custom bar, and their awesomely rustic strawberry shortcake bar. This wedding was so full of great details!

Michelle + Chad's purple wedding is still our most repinned wedding to date! These two were married in the early fall of 2012, and their wedding was full of yummy purple details. They had the most gorgeous purple bouquets and floral arrangements, a dreamy altar and purple flower petal aisle, and pretty lace and burlap details at their reception. The Barn looks so good in purple, don't you agree?!

Emily + Blake's chambray and champagne wedding was one of our most unique! They carried the deer antler details throughout their wedding decor, and their love of books was also used in several details (you've gotta see their book wall behind their sweetheart table!). Their altar was stunning, with burlap and chambray and whiskey barrels with gold deer heads. Their florals were also super unique. And a bride in plaid is always a good thing!

Hayley + Zach's October 2012 wedding was full of pink, peach and coral. Their florals are still some of my favorites! (Check out that bridal bouquet in their Facebook album!) This couple is the sweetest, so their wedding day was full of some super sweet details... like a candy buffet and a colorful sprinkle toss exit (so fun!). This bride also had the cutest shoes ever.

We love it when our couples get totally creative with their wedding colors and details! Jordon + Nick chose a unique color palette of cranberry and wheat. Their bouquets and arrangements mostly consisted of wheat, and it was amazing. They had lots of rustic-chic details, too, like burlap tablecloths, ivory mason jars, and wooden crates down their aisle. This wedding was so good!

I adore a good pastel wedding, even in October... Jessica + Daniel's wedding was truly one of my favorites! I'm still swooning over their bouquets and floral arrangements. I also love those bridesmaids' dresses, their ceremony set-up on the lawn in front of The Barn (hello, gorgeous petal aisle!), and their beautiful reception decor. This wedding was elegant and too full of pretty!

It doesn't get more fall than Cathryn + Tyler's wedding... Pumpkins! Fall leaves! Burlap! Orange, red, yellow and chocolate! The style of this wedding was country and cute, and it was definitely our most fall-ish wedding to date. These two used pumpkins everywhere, from their aisle to their altar and on their reception tables. There was lots of denim in this wedding too, which made it even more perfect for fall!

Who knew pink and gold looked so good against a backdrop of fall leaves?! Samantha + Dalton's wedding took place during November, after the leaves had started to fall and everything looked gorgeous and colorful. Some of my favorite details from this wedding: stunning pink, white and gold bouquets, blankets for their guests to cozy up in, and lots of pink, gold and burlap reception details. Also, their cake was totally fab!

Another purple wedding against a stunning, colorful fall backdrop! I know I talk about Meagan + Alex's wedding way too often, but can you blame me?! Beautiful purple florals (with succulents!). The prettiest, coziest reception tables ever. That fab burlap altar and an aisle full of logs, purple florals and mason jars. And this incredible view. LOVE this wedding!

How do you make blush more appropriate for fall? Pair it with a glam, darker shade like marsala! Bethany + Jamie's wedding was a fairy tale, and it was super unique, too. It was glam and elegant, and the leopard details made it even more so. Details you can't miss from this wedding: AMAZING bouquets, an over-the-top cake, the most gorgeous dress, and those tuxes!

I'm so excited for the upcoming weddings we have planned for this season! From what I've heard, there are going to be some incredible, unique weddings going on. Can't wait! :)
