For the last few weeks, I've been sharing some fall inspiration for ceremonies and receptions, which I originally posted last year. I also blogged about fall bouquets around this time last year, and instead of reposting again, I wanted to share a whole new batch of fall bouquets with you!
Fall bouquets are sorta the best. They're full of the most delicious, rich colors (marsala and burnt orange and bright yellow and navy and purple and gold!). Rich colors sure look pretty paired with pastels, like blush, so if pale colors are a must-have for you, don't be afraid of mixing them in!
The best fall bouquets also have lots of gorgeous texture. Scabiosa pods, fall leaves, curly willow, eucalyptus, thistle, wheat... All those look great with fall flowers! You can also add a bit of texture in the form of a great bouquet wrap (think vintage lace, twine, chambray or burlap). Fall bouquets look great when they're rustic and a little messy and undone looking.
I sure hope we see some bouquets like these at The Barn this fall! I am always really annoyed by people who say they can't wait for the next season, every season... you know, like when people are DYING for summer in January, and then once June rolls around, they're like "pumpkin spice latte season, please!" But I'm sorta excited for fall now after seeing all these pretties. ;)
