If you're an avid Barn Blog reader, you're definitely going to recognize this Throwback Thursday wedding from the spring of 2015! I've talked about it no less than 100 times on this blog, because it is one of my faves. ;) There were so many stunning, glamorous details, and some of my favorite bouquets EVER. I'm totally smitten with this one forever.
These photos were taken by Stephanie Parsley Photography, and they're incredibly dreamy! There's a reason why Stephanie is one of our favorite photographers to work with. Every photo she takes is pure gold!
Mackenzie and Tyler were married at The Barn at Twin Oaks Ranch in April 2015. Their color palette included lilac and gold. They used tons of gorgeous greenery throughout their decor, which made everything elegant and stunning. Their wedding was glamorous and totally fabulous!
Some of the prettiest details of Mackenzie and Tyler's big day: the gowns! Mackenzie's bridal gown was pretty simple, but the belt, the train, and the amazing button-up illusion back made it chic and glamorous. This bride is the definition of chic! Check out her curls, makeup and jewelry... Brides don't come prettier than Mackenzie, y'all!
The bridesmaids' floor length, lilac infinity dresses were amazing... The color was beautiful, and I love all the unique necklines! The groomsmen wore classic black tuxes, making this bridal party the prettiest everrrrr.
Mackenzie and Tyler's wedding portraits are some of the most romantic we've seen. These two are so pretty! Swooning over their timeless photos!
Mackenzie's bouquets were nothing short of fabulous! They included peonies, David Austin roses, garden roses, ranunculus, tulips, seeded eucalyptus, and a whole bunch of pretty greenery. They cascaded slightly and were undone and natural looking. Ahhh-mazing!!! Also, check out Mackenzie's elegant, timeless ring!
Mackenzie and Tyler's ceremony was perfection. Their altar was draped with an ivory canvas, which was tied back on the sides and lined with greenery... It was simple, but glamorous. Their aisle was lined with logs topped with greenery and a few flowers. It was elegant and timeless, and also unforgettably beautiful! I love how this ceremony's details were so glam, but it also looked natural and blended perfectly with our outdoor ceremony site.
Mackenzie and Tyler's reception was full of greenery and glamorous gold details. Their tables included ivory linens, light pink napkins, gold sequined table runners, gold candlesticks, and the most amazing greenery garlands! Their place settings were very elegant, with gold chargers and simple white and gold plates. They also had a gorgeous naked cake, with flowers cascading down. The cake table included a gold, glittery backdrop, an elegant gold cake pedestal, framed quotes (more gold!), and more greenery. Greenery + gold = LOVE!
Mackenzie and Tyler served their guests a BBQ dinner, and judging by these photos, they all had a really fun time! At the end of the evening, the newlyweds made their grand sparkler getaway, which was the most fitting exit for such a glam wedding!
Mackenzie and Tyler, thanks so much for allowing our team to plan your big day! We truly LOVED it! We wish y'all the absolute best! xoxoxoxoxoxo
