Bohemian weddings have been really popular with Barn Brides lately, and we are loving the different boho touches many of our brides have been adding to their weddings! Boho chic details are unbelievably pretty with the rustic backdrop of The Barn. We've done many boho weddings throughout the years, with their own unique color palettes and details. And although they start out with the same overall theme, they have all been unique and amazing in their own ways. There are SO many ways to style a boho wedding... It's not all macrame, bright colors, dreamcatchers and floral crowns! Here are three boho Barn weddings that still stick out to us. They are all drastically different but equally amazing! A neutral boho-chic wedding, a colorful gypsy-styled boho wedding, and a hippie bohemian wedding with a gorgeous pastel color scheme.
Whitney and Jimmy wanted a bohemian theme, but they also wanted their wedding to be timeless and something they'd love when they look back on it in the future. They chose to use boho details and a neutral, elegant color palette. Their details were timeless and elegant, but also had enough boho touches to make their wedding feel modern and hip. We especially loved their altar (the streamers! the garland! and that kiss!), their cake display, their chic white and green bouquets, their elegant tables with boho details, and Whitney's stunning gown!
Hippie Details & Horns
Samantha and Danny's color palette was inspired by the first gift Danny ever gave his future bride... a braided headband in the prettiest shade of seafoam green. Their wedding was a bit more hippie-ish, with horns, steer heads, and a touch of macrame on their altar. Some of our favorite details from this wedding: Samantha's gorgeous flower crown, the most stunning bouquets ever (so many pretty pastels!), every single one of their ceremony details, and their pretty ombre cake! Every part of this wedding was pure gold.
Gail and Brian's wedding was full of delicious color and gypsy-inspired details! This one was super fun. We looooved their bold, bright altar covered in streamers and hanging lanterns, their bouquets (all the bridesmaids carried different colored bouquets, and Gail's bouquet included all of their colors plus a few more!), their glittery feathers and steer heads and succulents and tiny dreamcatchers and other gypsy-chic details. SO much eye candy!
