One Month of Altars - May 2017

Last week, we finished recapping our spring 2017 weddings! If you missed any of them, check out the entire 2017 weddings tag. These weddings were all over the place in terms of style - rustic, classic, glam, and even a Beauty and The Beast inspired wedding - and it's always sorta mind blowing to see how our team transforms The Barn from one weekend to the next. Last fall, we looked back at all of the amazing altars we styled in October 2016, and I wanted to share a few of our spring ones again, too! They're WAY too pretty to not look at them again! Let's take a look back at all the altars we did in May, just so you can get a quick glimpse of how many ways we can style our ceremony site in a month!

Danielle and Bart were married on May 6, and their wedding had a fun mint and coral color palette. Their theme was inspired by their favorite place, Morro Bay, California - specifically the beautiful succulents and wildflowers that grow in that area. Their florals were AMAZING - like every girl's dream wedding Pinterest board come to life. Their altar was sooo pretty, with loads of greenery that gave it a boho feel, as well as the prettiest coral peonies. Check out this wedding if you haven't already. Gorgeous details for days!

Brooke and Robert's wedding was on the 11th, and my goodness, was it the perfect rustic summer wedding! Their colors were purple and ivory, and their theme was rustic, simple and timeless. Their altar was SO good, y'all. Burlap, baby's breath, greenery, and purple and white florals... Rustic wedding essentials! This wedding was proof that less can certainly be more - it was very simple and minimalist, but absolutely gorgeous and romantic!

Kristen and Brett's green, yellow and gold wedding took place on May 20, and it was both rustic and modern. They chose to get married inside The Barn because of possible rain, and their ceremony details were beautiful and romantic. We LOVED their simple burlap altar (with the prettiest sunflower arrangements) and the hanging lights that created such a romantic, intimate look. Other favorite details from this wedding: their rustic reception tables, beautiful cake, and all the gorgeous yellow and green!

Ashley and Trent's May 27 wedding was romantic and beautiful. They chose a color palette of blush, plum, gray and metallics, and their theme was "romantic, classic and kind of jazzy" in the bride's own words. We loved their sequined rose gold altar with hanging jars full of pink flowers. So glam! You also can't miss their unforgettable wedding cake or their stunning reception details, which included loads of metallics and the prettiest pink florals.
