They say that rain on your wedding day brings good luck, and at The Barn, it also brings an opportunity to have the most romantic indoor ceremony ever! While a rainy wedding day may feel like the worst thing that could happen, our couples have the option to move their ceremony into The Barn, and these weddings are sooo romantic. Delaney and Cy moved their outdoor ceremony inside at the last minute due to rain, but their day couldn’t have been any dreamier or more beautiful.
Delaney and Cy are also one of our out of state couples... they drove up from Louisiana with all their besties and close family and brought the party with them! If you think planning a wedding from out of state can't be done, here's proof that it's totally possible - and its even EASY with The Barn's all-inclusive collections!
These photos by Kelly Glaze Photography are stunning! We have been patiently waiting to see them, and when Kelly sent us the link, our jaws hit the floor! Here are all the vendors who made this day happen.

Delaney and Cy were married at The Barn at Twin Oaks Ranch on June 2, 2018. Their color palette was glam and gorgeous - rose gold, blush, champagne and white. “I noticed one of the previous weddings at The Barn had beautiful rose gold curtains at their altar and that did it!” Delaney said. “It had to be rose gold!”
Delaney’s bouquets and florals were everything! The bridal bouquet was full and lush, with white roses, the prettiest (and hugest) peonies, and a little bit of greenery. It was wrapped with lace and a touch of bling. Timeless, classic and totally gorgeous! The bridesmaids carried pink and white roses, and these are the cutest bouquets ever to me... I love bouquets in this size, and the colors were such pretty eye candy!
We are completely obsessed with Delaney’s jaw-dropping bridal gown, from Debbie’s Bridal in Gonzales, Louisiana! This dress had a lot going on - gorgeous beading, fun ruffles, a flirty silhouette - and we loved every bit of it! A classic, long veil, stunning jewelry, and fun, sparkly shoes were the perfect additions to Delaney’s bridal look. And her hair... seriously goals. Cy, you’re a lucky man!
The bridesmaids' floor-length, champagne dresses also came from Debbie's Bridal, and they were basically the absolute best bridesmaids' dresses EVER. You can't go wrong with this color, length or style, and we're always big fans of a bride who allows their bridesmaids to choose a neckline they feel comfortable in! The flower girls wore beautiful, vintage-inspired lace dresses and the prettiest braids in their hair.
Cy and his groomsmen looked SO great. They wore navy suits, white shirts, champagne ties, white boutonnieres, and brown shoes (you know you're #weddinggoals when the guys are all wearing matching shoes!). OBSESSED with this bridal party... they just don't come prettier than this group of folks!
And this little fella... breaking my heart!
I hope you're ready for the prettiest bridal portraits ever, because here they are!!! Delaney and Cy are not only super sweet and super in love, but they are also GORGEOUS people. Get ready to swoon!
Delaney and Cy had planned on an outdoor ceremony, and Delaney said her favorite detail of the day was the altar that they would have used. "It was so beautiful!" she said. However, their ceremony ended up having to be moved inside due to rain... "But inside The Barn for the ceremony, it was so beautiful as well!" she said. "It was small and intimate. The flowers mixed with the shimmering from the rose gold sequins everywhere turned out amazing!"
There ceremony also included a few details that made their day extra special and personalized. "I added in a memory board with all of our loved ones who couldn’t be there," Delaney said. "My dad also made us our guestbook from scratch. It was beautiful! It got a little wet, but it still served its purpose."
Delaney and Cy's reception was sparkly, romantic and dreamy! They had white tablecloths with sparkly rose gold runners, and pink roses, white roses, white anemone and touches of greenery in mercury glass and rose gold vases. Their blush, white and gold place settings were simple and pretty. Their gorgeous cake, from Kneading Hands Bakery, blended in flawlessly with their decor... it was seriously just as pretty as every other detail! The gold detailing on it was stunning, and the pink roses and white anemone made it absolute perfection.
Delaney and Cy brought the most FUN group with them, and their reception was such a great party. One thing Delaney will never forget about the reception... "My HUSBAND danced for the first time in front of me! Haha! It was all a blast! We were all able to let loose and just enjoy the night to it’s fullest!"
The newlyweds made sure to leave their guests with awesome favors, but they did something a little different (and we totally love this idea)... "We made bags with snacks and drinks for everyone who came," Delaney said. "We brought it to each person’s hotel room. Everyone needs some free snacks to munch on while they’re taking a long ride!"
Delaney and Cy's grand exit from The Barn was a sparkly one, but they didn't rush off on a romantic honeymoon just yet. "We will be taking our honeymoon at the end of July," Delaney said. "We plan to fly to Washington and drive through Oregon and the top of California for two weeks. We love seeing nature and all of its mountains. You can never get enough of it! We plan to take our time and visit anything that catches our eyes."
Delaney and Cy, we're SO thankful you and your wonderful family and friends made the drive all the way to Arkansas to tie the knot at The Barn! We loved your glamorous, sparkly, GORGEOUS wedding! Best wishes and congratulations! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
